Frontier Management’s award-winning Spark® program is precisely that!

Spark® is a research-based program inspired by the teachings and research of Maria Montessori and Dr. Cameron Camp, which focuses on giving residents meaningful ways to feel needed and be productive. We use tailor-fit assessment tools to evaluate each resident’s capabilities and strengths so that the program can best meet their needs.

The Four Pillars of the Frontier Spark® Program 

The effectiveness and success of our Spark® program for Memory Care residents is based on 4 foundational pillars.

• Social: We ensure that each resident has a role in the community that allows them to interact with others.
• Skills Focused: Our Montessori Assessment Tool uncovers remaining skills often missed by traditional evaluations.
• Procedural Memory: Skills can be learned and even improved through repetitive “procedural learning,” which allows residents to perform routine activities with less concerted effort.
• Progression & Goal Setting: Residents who work on projects or learn new things over a period of time with a set goal in mind feel more engaged and successful.

Health & Wellness Services

If your loved one requires some help with the activities of daily living (ADLs), and is living with the effects of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease our dedicated staff works round the clock to deliver high-quality health and wellness services that are compassionate, safe, and resident-centered. Our services are designed to meet our residents’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Before a resident moves into our property, customized assessments are completed so individual care plans can be created. The care plans are updated regularly and when a change in health arises. Our Health Services Director and nurses assist residents with Medication Management. In addition to the Medical Director, our community is staffed by highly trained LVNs. They are hired not only for their professional skills but also for their compassionate and warm personalities.

Our community features attractive living and social spaces. Our common areas are modern yet inviting and warm. We have lovely outdoor areas that invite conversation and relaxation. It’s easy to stroll the gardens and patio area. Our rooms are spacious with up-scale finishes and exceptional amenities. We offer private studios with private baths or shared.

Dining areas are bright and appealing and highlight elegant restaurant-style dining. We have multiple dining areas, including small rooms perfect for visiting family and friends. Holiday times are special at The Courte. We have traditional holiday menus and encourage the family to visit.
